摘要：

机构知识库是大学或研究机构通过网络来收集、保存、管理、检索和利用其学术资源的数据库。它具有学术传播、电子出版、长期保存、知识管理、促进教育、科研评价、共享利用等功能。建设机构知识库,首先要了解其构建过程,定义其功能并制定构建计划.然后组织工作团队、选择技术平台、进入系统启动和运行。目前,机构知识库的发展遇到一些问题和挑战,但其前景广阔。参考文献8。
