培养数字化教师:欧盟教育工作者数字素养框架解读与启示

摘要
数字时代教育工作者需要具备数字素养,以应对技术整合教学和学习的挑战,帮助学生在数字社会中的生活和工作做好充分的准备。本文系统地阐述了欧盟教育工作者数字素养框架的六个领域及其发展阶段模型,以帮助教育工作者更好地理解数字素养,为评估和发展教育工作者的数字教学能力提供支持,培养数字化教师。同时,文章针对我国数字教育发展现状,提出若干建议,为我国构建本土化的教育工作者数字素养框架提供参照。
