摘要：

从目前来看,尽管计划生育仍是降低儿童死亡率、促进母亲健康、遏制艾滋病、实现普遍享有生殖健康目标的中心,但在生育率不断降低、人口老龄化不断加速、人口流动不断增强的新形势下,受国际社会的关注焦点明显改变的影响,计划生育在全球发展议程中的重要性仍有所下降。本文旨在通过考察国际计划生育发展的路径,剖析计划生育所处的地位以及导致其在国际社会中影响力下降的原因,对国际计划生育发展前景进行预测,为中国计划生育的发展提供借鉴和参考。
