摘要：

The paper points out the importance of implementing knowledge management in small and medium sized enterprises in the fierce market competition environment.Four types of knowledge management in small and medium sized enterprises are discussed,and opinions on how to implement knowledge management in small and medium sized enterprises are brought out theoretically.
