摘要：

长期饮酒是多种肿瘤的危险因素,不仅是肝癌的一个重要危险因素,而且在上消化道肿瘤发生中也扮演了重要的角色。但是酒精相关肿瘤的发生机制尚不明确,因为乙醇本身不是一种致癌物质,其相关的致癌作用涉及到多种机制。
