摘要：

为提升大学国家实验室技术转移能力,美国政府通过联邦实验室技术转移联合体和实验室自设机构加强国家实验室技术转移治理,并实施多样化技术转移模式。借鉴美国经验,我国大学国家实验室应积极构建各利益相关者参与的治理体系和多元技术转移模式,建立明晰的科研成果所有权制度。
