<正>缺血性脑血管病（ischemic cerebrovascular diseases,ICVD）是老年患者常发的疾病之一,其高致死率、致残率越来越引起人们的高度重视。后循环即椎基底动脉系统,供应大脑半球后2/5（枕叶及颞叶内侧）、丘脑、内囊后肢后1/3、全部脑干和小脑的血液。后循环缺血包括后循环的短暂性脑缺血发作（Transient ischemic attack,TIA）和脑梗死,其发病率约占缺血性脑血管病的20%[1]。目前关于前循环缺血的
