人力资本积累、金融发展与FDI——基于我国东部地区省级面板数据的实证研究

摘要：

文章基于人力资本积累与金融市场化的视角,利用我国东部地区11个省(直辖市)1999-2013年的省级面板数据,实证检验了人力资本积累、金融发展对FDI的作用。研究结果表明,在控制其他影响FDI的因素后,人力资本积累与金融发展都有利于吸引FDI,且人力资本积累水平对FDI的吸引作用更为明显。这意味着提升人力资本积累水平、推动金融市场化发展对吸引FDI和维持中国长期经济增长具有重要意义。
