摘要：

近年来,冠状动脉微血管功能障碍被认为是心绞痛的一个关键致病机制。在无动脉粥样硬化的人群中,冠状动脉微血管的功能和结构异常也可导致心肌缺血,进而诱发微血管性心绞痛。广义的微血管性心绞痛还涉及到阻塞性冠心病患者、冠状动脉血运重建术或心脏移植术后心绞痛的患者。现讨论冠状动脉微血管功能障碍在缺血性心脏病发病机制中的重要作用、微血管性心绞痛患者的临床特点和可能的诊治策略。
