摘要：

骨性关节炎是一种慢性进行性骨关节病,多见于老年人。是以慢性进行性软骨破坏和新骨形成为主要特点的退行性疾病。随着人口日益老龄化,越来越多的人患有骨性关节炎。由于其发病机理还不十分清楚,临床尚无有效治疗方法。本文就近年来在骨性关节炎治疗方面的进展作一综述。
