教师数字化能力研究的图景及展望:基于国际文献的分析

摘要
发展教师数字化能力,提升数字化教学质量,对推进教育领域数字化实践、建设高效的现代化教育体系具有重要意义。鉴于此,本研究深入探究了国际范围内的教师数字化能力研究文献,对该主题研究的现状特点、发展路径以及主要框架进行了整理与探讨。结果表明,教师数字化能力研究经历了内涵不断丰富的变化过程,但在能力测量的准确性方面依然存在不足,在其影响因素与作用机制方面的结论也存在分歧,因此,该主题在未来仍然具备较大的研究空间。研究结果梳理呈现了教师数字化能力的国际研究图景,为我国学者开展后续研究提供了理论支持与建议。
