剖析美国《全国大学生学习性投入调查》及其变化

摘要
《全国大学生学习性投入调查》因评"学"而成为高等教育质量评估的新标杆,其理论来源是美国几十年来关于大学生学习性投入的研究积累,其问卷设计借鉴了CSEQ和CIRP调查问卷。从2013年起,该项目发生了巨大变化,其一是指标体系由五组"有效教育实践基准"更新为十项"学习性投入指标",其二是增加了八个选择性的"主题模块"的深度调查内容。NSSE不再追求面面俱到的调查内容,而是突出具有代表性的有效教学实践,由评"资源"、评"声誉"、评"教"转向评"学",代表着高等院校教学评估的新方向,为国际高等教育质量评估树立了新标杆。
