重点综述了氢质子磁共振波谱 (ProtonMagneticResonanceSpectroscopy ,1H MRS)在不同脑肿瘤中代谢物的变化及其在脑肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断、治疗效果的评价及放射性坏死与复发的鉴别等方面的价值。
