摘要：

国外学者在研究信息查寻行为影响因素的过程中重点关注了自我效能这一心理因素,他们较多地采用了话语分析法、视频捕捉法、元分析法、日间跟踪法等方法;现有研究成果所涉及的研究内容主要包括强调自我效能的重要性、分析影响用户自我效能的因素、研究自我效能对检索策略和检索绩效的影响、将自我效能引入信息检索模型、对自我效能水平进行测评、提出用户自我效能改进方法 6方面。
