世界各国膳食指南关键条目的比较

摘要：

目的通过分析比较来自6大洲(排除南极洲)的90个国家(地区)公开发表的膳食指南在关键推荐方面的异同,促进对世界膳食指南相关情况的了解。方法遵循"膳食指南检索筛选和纳入—关键条目信息汇总—信息分析比较"工作流程,在全球224个国家和地区中,排除人口小于10万人口的国家,以及未公开发表膳食指南或因为语言问题未能检索到的国家,最终收集六大洲90个国家(地区)的膳食指南,分析比较各国膳食指南在关键条目上的异同。结果在纳入89份膳食指南关键条目中,尽管不同国家由于自身的地理环境和传统文化(民族)导致推荐的膳食模式不同,但各国膳食指南中大多数营养要点是相似的,在膳食指南中出现最重要的条目是:多吃蔬菜和水果,鼓励食物多样化,保持能量平衡,维持健康体重;选择营养素丰富的各类食品;控制盐、糖、油和酒精;足量饮水;加强运动锻炼等。结论关键条目既有相似之处,也有各自的鲜明特点,可为完善我国膳食指南提供参考依据。
