咪唑斯汀(皿治林)治疗慢性荨麻疹35例疗效观察

摘要：

对35例慢性荨麻疹患者应用咪唑斯汀(皿治林)10mg,每日1次口服治疗2周,结果显示:治疗1周临床总有效率为77.14%,2周为88.57%;治疗后1周和2周,患者的瘙痒、风团数量、风团大小及症状总平均分值分别明显低于治疗前。仅有2例分别出现短暂的中、轻度嗜睡反应。使用皿治林口服治疗慢性荨麻疹简便、有效和安全。
