<正>非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是一种以肝小叶、以肝细胞脂肪变性储积为病理特征,但无过量饮酒史的临床综合征,包括单纯性脂肪肝、脂肪性肝炎和肝硬化3个阶段[1]。NAFLD的发病率近年来呈不断上升趋势,对人们的健康造成严重危害。
