伸展程度不同的两栖类动物横纹肌A带和I带的蛋白浓度

摘要
本文报告我们测量伸展程度不同的蟾蜍和青蛙横纹肌肌原纤维A带和I带蛋白浓度的结果。在肌小节长度从2.3微米增加到3.9微米时,A带的蛋白浓度减少而I带的基本上不变,A/I的浓度之比下降。当肌小节长度超过3.9微米以后,随着肌原纤维的进一步伸展,A带和I带的蛋白浓度都减少,但是后者减少的百分比更大,因而A/I的浓度之此又转而上升,这些结果可以用H.Z.Huxley提出的,肌原纤维是由两组蛋白细丝构成的假设来解释。
