摘要
基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)是近年来发展起来的一项新兴的微生物鉴定技术,与传统的生化表型鉴定方法和分子生物学方法相比,MALDI-TOF MS具有操作简单、快速、准确和经济的特点。鉴于其对培养出的纯菌落鉴定的准确性和稳定性,MALDI-TOF MS也可被应用于临床样本的直接检测,包括阳性血培养瓶、中段尿、脑脊液等。本文主要就MALDI-TOF MS用于直接检测临床样本的原理、流程、鉴定效能及其研究进展等方面做一综述。
