摘要
肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)是维持血压、水和电解质平衡及心血管稳态的重要调控系统,对心血管系统疾病的发生发展至关重要。近些年,RAS研究取得了令人瞩目的成就,血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和血管紧张素受体抑制剂已成为临床治疗高血压等心血管疾病的一线药物。众多有功能的代谢片段、酶及受体的发现,使得RAS成为一个复杂的网络调节体系。为了更好全面地认识RAS的作用机制,本文拟从酶水平、代谢物水平、受体水平及信号通路介绍RAS的主要成员及其在心血管疾病中网络调节作用。
