摘要：

目的:为更好地发挥氯吡格雷的疗效,减少不良事件的发生,提高药学监护水平。方法:对现有文献资料进行检索,分析影响氯吡格雷疗效和安全的因素,确定药学监护的内容。结果:CYP2C19的多态性、CYP2C19介导的药物相互作用是影响氯吡格雷疗效和安全性的重要因素。结论:氯吡格雷药学监护的重点是遗传多态性与药物相互作用,同时也应关注其不良反应和特殊人群。
