吡喹酮治疗日本血吸虫病502例临床观察

摘要：

本文介绍了用吡喹酮治疗日本血吸虫病502例的临床观察情况。国产片吡喹酮与西德片药物副作用即期、远期疗效无差异。其中39例留院逐日粪孵结果,证明治前阳性患者均于治后7～18天转阴,3、6个月复查结果累积阴转率为99.4%。服药后神经系统、心血管系统有些反应,但时间短、反应较轻。初步认为按总剂量60毫克/公斤2天疗法可以达到较好的疗效,且副作用亦小;少数晚期、年老患者和比较严重夹杂症血吸虫病患者采用5毫克/公斤/次一日三次×6天疗法,药物反应亦不严重。但少数患者心肌受到轻微影响,应引起注意。
