摘要：

现如今肺癌已成为中国乃至全世界范围内头号恶性肿瘤。大多数肺癌患者发现时多处于中晚期阶段,其5年生存率较低。早发现、早治疗能明显提高早期肺癌患者的5年生存率。随着现代检测技术的迅速发展,许多孤立性肺结节患者能够在早期就被发现。但是目前临床上对SPN进行精确的良恶性判断是很困难的。因此,了解孤立性肺小结节诊断和治疗相关进展,对SPN良恶性的鉴别以及早期合理的干预具有重要的意义,这不仅可以提高早期肺癌的检测率,也可以减少不必要的有创操作,减轻患者及家庭的经济负担,同时还可以明显改善患者的预后。
