摘要：

<正>脑梗死后早期其周边区可能形成一个"缺血半暗带",其中的脑细胞处于非功能状态,一般认为"半暗带"在一定时间内可恢复有效灌注,可全部或部分恢复功能,这个时间就是脑梗死可治疗的时间窗。关于时间窗,还有许多问题有待解决,如:这个时间窗有多长?不同药物溶栓治疗时间窗会一致吗?静脉与动脉溶栓治疗的时间窗一样吗?时间窗是否存在个体差异?怎么评价等等。20年来,人们通过临床试验对急性脑梗死溶栓治疗做了许多的努力,以期使更多的患者获益。
