聚合酶链反应鉴定HBsAg阴性慢性活动性肝炎中的乙型肝炎病毒感染

摘要：

为查明HBsAg(-)慢性活动性肝炎的病原,用聚合酶链反应检测36例血清中的乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)DNA,结果24例(67%)阳性。其中单项抗HBc(+)12例中检出11例(92%);抗HBs(+)9例中检出4例;HBV标志物全(-)15例中检出9例。提示慢性活动性肝炎即使HBsAg(-),仍有可能是HBV感染,尤其是抗HBc(+)者;而且,病毒复制可能是其病变活动的原因。
