人体肝癌体外细胞系BEL-7402的建立及其特征

摘要
<正> 1974年初,我们新培养了几例外科手术切除的人体肝癌标本。其中一例能在体外连续培养,细胞生长迅速、恒定,能每隔6—7天传代一次,已传了261代,历时3(1/2)年,在液氮(-196℃)保存已2(1/2)年。此系细胞定名为BEL-7402。前文曾作简要报道(陈瑞铭等,1975),现将此系细胞的建系过程及其一些特征,包括:细胞的生长率、形态的分类、分裂指数、染色体组型分析、异种移植、甲胎蛋白检测、以及酶的组织化学反应等方面的观察结果,描述于下。
