企业战略导向影响联盟方式选择的实证研究

摘要
竞争环境的变化使联盟成为企业获取竞争优势的重要途径,但联盟的高失败率成为企业发挥联盟优势的障碍。本文基于战略导向和战略联盟理论,分析了企业家导向和市场导向对企业间战略联盟方式选择的影响。通过对国内607家企业的实证研究,我们发现:企业家导向与技术联盟之间存在显著的正相关关系;市场导向与营销联盟之间存在显著的正相关关系,与技术联盟之间存在倒U型关系。
