胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

摘要
目的观察胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的效果。方法 267例早期NSCLC患者按手术方式分为胸腔镜组(115例)与开胸组(152例),胸腔镜组进行胸腔镜下肺癌根治术,开胸组进行常规开胸肺癌根治术,观察两组手术情况及并发症发生情况。结果胸腔镜组手术时间(177.82±61.96)min、引流管放置时间(5.45±2.46)d、术后总引流量(1 027.28±701.27)m L、输血量(116.52±262.14)m L、术后住院时间(13.07±4.89)d,开胸组分别为(154.80±45.78)min、(6.29±3.48)d、(1 234.77±877.75)m L、(228.62±452.06)m L、(14.41±5.84)d,两组比较,P均<0.05。胸腔镜组术后发生肺部感染0例,乳糜胸0例,肺不张0例,气胸4例,胸腔积液0例,切口感染2例,围术期死亡0例,并发症发生率为5.22%;对照组分别为2、2、2、5、1、8、1例和13.81%;两组并发症发生率比较,P<0.05。结论与常规开胸手术相比,胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗早期NSCLC创伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少。
