<正>短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attack,TIA)是常见的缺血性脑血管病,美国每年有20万～50万患者被诊断为TIA[1]。研究表明,虽然TIA的神经功能缺损症状是短暂的,但TIA后的脑卒中风险较高,7d内脑卒中发生率为8%～10.5%,90d内为10.5%～14.6%,其中约有半数
