摘要：

本文以中国本土企业为研究对象,依据中国国家知识产权局专利许可备案登记数据、专利申请数据和中国工业企业数据,采取Tobit模型实证分析了2002-2005年间181家企业专利技术引进与其技术多元化发展的关系。研究表明,企业跨技术领域引进技术对其技术多元化发展存在消极作用;与国内技术许可引进相比,引进国外技术可以带来对技术多元化发展的积极效应;企业许可引进的相对技术年龄与其技术多元化发展之间存在倒U型关系。
