摘要：

从金融创新影响产业结构优化升级的作用机制进行分析,从理论和实证两方面研究金融创新消费需求对产业结构优化的影响。采用我国2004-2013年31个省市面板数据作为样本,运用DEA模型衡量了各省市的金融创新水平,并运用面板数据单位根检验与固定效应模型实证金融创新、消费需求与产业结构优化升级之间的关系。研究结果表明,金融创新对产业结构优化具有正向促进作用,居民消费水平对产业结构优化的显著性水平低,影响程度甚小,二者结合的交叉项对产业结构优化具有正向的促进作用。最后依据研究结论,提出了若干相关的政策建议。
