脾虚痰湿型肺癌的血液基因表达谱分析

摘要：

目的:从全基因组水平探讨脾虚痰湿型肺癌的科学内涵。方法:分离5组临床血液样本的总RNA,包括脾虚痰湿型肺癌(男/女)、痰湿蕴肺型肺炎、脾肾亏虚型大肠癌、健康人,每组3例。采用cDNA芯片分析脾虚痰湿型肺癌的差异表达基因,并对筛选基因予以Hierarchical聚类、GO注释和pathway分析。结果:从cDNA芯片筛选出885个脾虚痰湿型肺癌的相关基因。分析显示,该类基因明显不同于其他患者和健康人,GO归类于分子功能、生物学过程、细胞组分等,参与肿瘤坏死因子信号通路、BMP受体信号通路、TRAIL信号通路等。结论:脾虚痰湿型肺癌患者血液基因表达谱具有相对特异性,值得进一步研究。
