国外癌症患者症状群相关概念及理论模式的研究与启示

摘要：

<正>癌症患者常因疾病和/或治疗的影响同时经受多种症状的困扰,而那些并存症状(亦称"症状群")可构成患者症状持续加重的恶性循环。如转移性骨痛患者常伴随疼痛所致的睡眠不安,睡眠不安又可致患者的抑郁和日间疲乏;前者可加重患者的疼痛感受,后者则促使患者以午休达成缓解,但过度午休会加重患者的夜间睡眠不安;而睡眠不安和疲乏均可再增加其抑郁和疼痛的严重度。可见,相对于单独症状,症状群对癌症患者预后的影响更为严重。目前,癌症患者的症状群研究已成为其症状管理的新领域,了解其相关概念及理论模式,是开展癌症患者"症状群"系列研究的基础,研究结果有望指导临床医护人员减轻癌症患者的症状负担,提高其生活质量及延长其生存期。
