<正>肠易激综合征(IBS)是常见的消化道疾病之一,在世界各国患病率相差较大,流行率大约为10%～15%[1]。该病的病因和发病机制现仍不明确,多种因素均可诱发该病发作,如肠道感染,饮食及生活方式的改变,心理因素等。临床医生常采用
