急性颅脑损伤术后非术区迟发出血的临床分析及防治

摘要：

目的探讨急性颅脑损伤术后非术区迟发出血的原因及防治。方法回顾我院2006年1月～2011年12月收治的30例颅脑损伤患者,为术中发现颅压下降后再次升高,而术区无出血,或术后1d内患者意识加深,复查CT时非术区迟发出血,并具备手术指征而再次手术。结果根据GOS评分,治愈12例,轻残13例,中残3例,重残1例,死亡1例。结论早期诊断和及时治疗,尤其是在非手术区迟发出血引起的脑疝之前,并提高手术操作水平,这是提高治愈率、降低病死率的关键。
