自噬在阿尔茨海默病发病机制中的作用

摘要
自噬是真核生物中的一种维持细胞基本功能的生命现象。其基本分子机制及调控信号传导通路非常复杂。近年来的研究显示自噬对于致病性β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)和细胞骨架相关tau蛋白的生成和代谢都有密切的关系,且其对神经元的死亡也有特殊的作用。随着自噬的生理机制不断被阐明,其在阿尔茨海默病中的作用将得到更广泛的重视。
