摘要：

从"知识—技术—组织"三维融合的角度考察双元性创新的技术活动过程及其运行机制。通过对双元性创新内在属性分析揭示其本质特征,探析知识、技术和组织融合的趋势、内在机理和动态过程,从双元性创新的组织基础、运行过程和平衡机理研究三维融合效应下双元性创新的运行机制,为探索企业创新路径及其运行提供一个新的视角。
