摘要：

盐酸度洛西汀是一种新型的相对平衡有效的选择性5-羟色胺(5-HT)和去甲肾上腺(NE)双重再摄取抑制剂。目前发现不仅可以治疗抑郁症,还可用于治疗压力性尿失禁与糖尿病周围神经病性疼痛,对于抑郁症伴发慢性疼痛也有一定的疗效,本文介绍近年来该药的研究进展和临床应用。
