战略联盟为合作伙伴提供了相互学习的机会和平台,参与战略联盟的企业在合作的同时也在进行知识积累和学习的竞争。学习效果的不对称会影响企业在联盟内外的优势与地位,学习的意图、学习的可能性和学习的能力是影响企业在战略联盟中学习效果的因素。据此企业可以有针对性地采取措施以提高组织学习的效果。
