摘要
<正>膝关节软骨在维持正常关节活动中起着重要作用,但它的耐受力较弱,年龄的增长、外伤及各种关节疾患均可导致软骨发生病理改变。X线、CT检查均不能显示软骨的外形和轮廓,亦不能显示软骨内部的病理改变,只能通过膝关节间隙的变窄、关节周围骨质增生等间接征象,来推测关节软骨
