在过去的几十年,我们逐渐认识炎症在动脉粥样硬化及其并发症中的重要作用。炎症和免疫应答在动脉粥样硬化形成中的作用已经引起广泛的兴趣。在动脉粥样硬化发展过程中,从早期的损害到易损斑块的形成,都有大量的炎症因子参与其中。现就炎症因子在动脉粥样硬化中作用的最近进展做一综述,这些进展可能应用于早期发现、预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化。
