氢稳定性同位素确定植物水源的应用与前景

摘要
介绍了氢稳定性同位素的测定方法和δD分析在植物水分来源研究中应用的原理、方法和典型案例。植物对不同水源的选择性和植物水分的δD分析被用于各种群落类型和环境中分析植物短期和长期的水分利用形式 ,甚至定量确定不同环境中各种植物对不同水分来源的利用 ,如白松、荒漠植物、河岸林和海岸植物。δD分析还用于研究植物与植物之间的相互作用。此外 ,氢稳定性同位素分析在古气候研究、植物光合途径、动物生理生态学和食物链等生态学领域也有着广阔的应用前景。
