摘要
目的:分析吉兰-巴雷综合征(Guillain-Barre syndrome,GBS)相关空肠弯曲菌脂寡糖(lipo-oligosaccharides,LOS)基因簇序列特征。方法:利用PCR的方法分段扩增2株GBS相关空肠弯曲菌LOS的生物合成基因簇;对PCR扩增片段克隆测序并对其序列进行初步分析。结果:测序结果发现2株菌LOS基因簇序列为15895bp、12230bp,分别编码19个ORF、13个ORF。与已发表的LOS基因簇序列相比,其中一株为一新的GBS相关菌株LOS合成基因簇类别。结论:参与编码GBS相关空肠弯曲菌LOS生物合成基因簇结构复杂多样,本研究发现了又一种新的GBS相关菌株LOS类别。
