益生菌对结直肠癌的防治作用及机制

摘要：

益生菌广泛存在于胃肠道内,在维持肠道菌群平衡中起重要作用。肠道菌群失调可以引起多种肠道疾病,如炎症性肠病、结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)等。研究显示,益生菌可能通过减轻DNA损伤、增强肠黏膜屏障功能、清除病原菌、改变肠道酶活性、调节免疫反应、促进叶酸合成、增强DNA甲基化等多种机制对CRC产生一定的防治作用。本文就益生菌对CRC的防治作用及其作用机制作一概述。
