食管腺癌相关危险因素的研究进展

摘要
食管腺癌(EAC)是近年来发病率增长最快的人类恶性肿瘤,由于该疾病一般发现晚,缺乏有效治疗措施,故预后极差,致死率较高。目前研究者已从流行病学角度出发对食管腺癌的相关危险因素进行广泛研究,并得出了Barrett食管、肥胖、幽门螺杆菌、非甾体类抗炎药等与腺癌的发生与否密切相关。本文就这些相关危险因素或保护因素进行评述,旨在了解食管腺癌的促抑因素,为其预防及治疗提供理论依据。
