富血小板血浆是通过组织离心的方法从自体血中提炼,因其富含大量血小板及生长因子,主要用于创面修补。随着国内外研究进展,富血小板血浆逐渐广泛应用于临床,如急、慢性创面修复,美容等多个领域。就富血小板血浆的发展及在创面修复中的应用作一综述。
