摘要：

导致肝衰竭的主要因素包括直接损伤和免疫介导的肝损伤,越来越多的证据显示免疫介导的肝损伤在肝衰竭的发病中起到了重要作用。就免疫介导的肝损伤作一综述,囊括了人和动物的相关基础及临床研究,对天然免疫和获得性免疫,尤其是各种免疫细胞和免疫分子的相互作用以及细胞凋亡相关分子进行了详细讨论。
