足球或排球运动对男性大学生不同部位骨密度的影响

摘要
目的探讨足球或者排球运动对男性大学生骨密度的影响力,为提高大学生体质状况和骨质疏松症的防治提供理论参考和实践支撑。方法在河南工业大学、河南大学民生学院和郑州成功财经学院按自愿原则共招募研究对象196名,全部为汉族男性,其中大学生足球运动员42名,排球运动员54名和普通大学生100名,对上下肢、髋部和全身骨密度进行测量。结果足球运动员和排球运动员相关部位骨密度均高于普通大学生,排球运动员上肢骨密度高于足球运动员和普通大学生,足球运动员下肢骨密度高于排球运动员和普通大学生(P值均<0.05);足球运动员的右侧下肢骨密度[(1.34±0.13) g/cm]高于左侧[(1.30±0.12) g/cm],而排球运动员右侧上肢骨密度[(0.74±0.09) g/cm]高于左侧[(0.69±0.08) g/cm](P值均<0.05)。结论足球或者排球运动均能提高男性大学生的骨密度,且2种类型运动对骨密度的影响具有部位特异性或不均衡性以及方向性不对称的特点,造成此结果的原因可能与骨骼所受的力学刺激有关。
