摘要：

从投入产出的视角,以生产要素相关理论为依据,剖析智慧城市建设过程中的投入要素和成果产出,提出了智慧城市建设的投入产出模型。以此为基础,从投入和产出两个维度构建了智慧城市评价指标体系,并据此提出了智慧城市建设过程中需要注意的问题。
