摘要
<正>运动功能障碍是脑卒中后最主要的临床症状,严重影响患者日常生活活动能力和生存质量。一直以来,运动疗法和物理治疗是脑卒中后运动功能恢复的金标准,然而,即使采用高强度的康复训练仍有15%—30%的脑卒中患者留有不同程度的残疾[1]。近年来,随着脑损伤后机体的内源性修复机制研究的深入,越来越多的证据表明,神经可塑性改变是脑损伤后运动功能恢复的基础。因此,探寻有效增加神经可
